Graphic Overlays and Labels
Ideal Jacobs specializes in custom die-cut graphic overlays, screen printed onto durable materials available in a variety of finishes. Overlays can be produced with LED windows, EMI shielding and embossing as well as many other custom engineering characteristics. We also have years of experience designing and producing Braille labels for ATMs.
Gaskets and Shielding
Telecom panels and drawers often need EMI Shielding capability. While our custom made aluminum shielding system functions well for the faceplates themselves, we found it increasingly frustrating to get fabric over foam gaskets in the quantities, configurations and time periods necessary.
The solution? Offer a full line of gaskets that meet the requirements of our customers.

3D Printing Accessories
3D printing is one of the fastest growing fields in technology but we quickly learned the hiccups when Ideal Jacobs added 3D printers to their arsenal. It was during production when the team had an 'aha' moment that lead to a solution that almost everyone who has used a 3D printer has experienced.
